Every Sunday, Mt Washington, MD has a farmers market. It is located next to the North West Park  in a parking lot. This farmers market has been running for the last two and a half years. Many people show up to support the local businesses that sell their products there. Over time, some vendors have left and new ones have joined. Some vendors include Hidden Waters Farm and Market, B-more Pasta, MidAtlantic Mushroom Co, Friedman Family Fisheries and many more! The market has expanded to have even more events as well. Local bands come to play, bringing with them a variety of instruments, music styles and even some have games for children. These musicians and vendors are so open and kind. On the Sunday mornings before the farmers market opens, a zumba instructor comes to teach a 50 minute class. I have gone multiple times and I can say that the class is a very fun way to start off my Sunday morning! I would highly recommend stopping by the market to support these amazing people.
